Get Email Hook Transactions

Accesses recent email hook transactions.

NOTE

Hook transactions will not be accessible unless "debug" is set to true via PATCH for the corresponding email hook. Hook transactions are accessible for 24 hours after they come into the system. See Update Email Hook for more details on enabling debugging for an email hook.
